Meghan Donnelly

Associate Counsellor

Meghan (she/her) is an associate counsellor who is currently finalizing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University. Before pursuing counselling, she spent many years in management, human resources and as a licensed employee benefits advisor. These experiences strengthened her ability to listen deeply, support individuals with growth and development, and highlight the importance of mental health in all aspects of life. Meghan is based in Calgary and brings a compassionate, person-centred approach focused on empathy, acceptance, respect, and honouring individuality.​

 

Meghan is particularly interested in supporting clients with trauma recovery, confidence building, mindfulness, and mind-body connection. Having grown up in an athletic family, she has a strong appreciation for the role of mental performance and resilience in sports and everyday life. She is drawn to integrative, somatic approaches and works to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard and seen. Meghan welcomes clients of all backgrounds and is committed to personalizing therapy to align with each client’s unique needs, values, and goals. 

Meghan is 2SLGBTQ+ affirming and is accepting new clients located in Alberta.
