Erica Kelm
Counselling Intern
Hi, my name is Erica (she/her), and I am a graduate counselling psychology student at Cultivate. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and accessibility. I am especially passionate about working with neurodevelopmental differences, including ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and specific learning disorders, as well as concerns related to social anxiety, self-esteem, and shame. As part of my master's work, I am creating a psychoeducational website for women with ADHD, with the goal of making evidence-based information accessible, empowering, and supportive for the wider community. My hope is to allow therapy to be a place where you feel understood, empowered, and supported in your growth.
I am 2SLGBTQ+, non-monogamy and kink affirming and available to residents across Treaty 6, 7, and 8 boundaries, known as Alberta for online therapy.
